Our mobility test harnesses the power of your smartphone camera to scan your body, unlocking a highly accurate analysis of your range of motion. Upon completion, you'll receive a detailed report outlining your current mobility issues, including specific areas in need of improvement. To support you in your journey towards enhanced mobility, our mobility test provides a tailored exercise plan that complements your daily pliability routine, focusing on targeted exercises to address your unique needs.

When we evaluate which direction we’d like to take a hitter, a key component we start with is looking at the raw information that our evaluation tools have shown us. Here is a quick breakdown of each metric we have on our report sheet.

Height and weight: tracking how the hitter is growing and putting on weight

Exit Velocity: peak, average and consistency of batted ball speed

Launch angle: average and standard deviation of the batted ball angle

Peak distance: the farthest ball the hitter hit

Average direction: the average direction in which the hitter hits

Average spin rate: a good look at how well the hitter squares the ball up

Peak and average bat speed: the fastest the hitter swung the bat, and his overall average bat speed

Attack angle: average and standard deviation of horizontal angle through the zone

Power: peak and average power from Blast sensor, measured in kW

Time to contact: average of how quickly the hitter the gets from start of swing to contact

Blast Factor: Blast Motion’s overall swing score

You have access to 4 in-person training sessions each month, ensuring consistent and personalized coaching to help you improve your skills. These sessions are scheduled by calendar appointments based on availability, allowing you to book them at your convenience. Each month, your sessions reset to 4, giving you the flexibility to maintain a regular training routine. All sessions are private and not in a group setting.

Our program doesn’t just focus on the physical aspects of hitting. We delve deep into the mental game, providing you with the X Factor — the unique combination of mental toughness, confidence-building, and advanced hitting techniques that will transform you into a dominant hitter. Our skill-development and in-game performance training is the perfect blend for results when it matters most out on the field. Mastering both the physical and mental sides of hitting, you’ll unlock your full potential and consistently perform at your best when it matters most.

All sessions are held at Pinnacle High School.

Our Personalized Weekly Training Program is designed to ensure continuous development even outside the 4 in-person training sessions. This comprehensive program includes tailored mobility exercises, preparatory work, cage work, and machine/live arm batting practice specifically designed to meet the unique needs of each athlete.

Our coaches will create a customized plan for you to follow during your time away from the in-person sessions. This program is structured to enhance your skills, improve your performance, and maintain your physical condition throughout the week.
